DVD FAQ's

1. Q:Will your DVD play when I take it outside the US? A: All of our DVD titles have been encoded to play worldwide. As the DVD format was being created the world was broken into several regions. This would allow a manufacturer to prevent the playback of a region 1 disc in a region 3 player. Our discs are "unlocked" and can play in ALL regions. However, there are still differences in video standards such as NTSC, PAL and SECAM. Our discs are in the NTSC format, and all DVD players sold around the world are capable of playing NTSC. The catch is that you will need a television that is able to handle the NTSC signal (many newer television monitors sold around the World are capable of this). Some players need to be told to play NTSC and some televisions may have similar settings. IF you are having trouble please check the settings in your DVD player or TV.

2. Q: How do I access the DVD-ROM material referenced in your DVD? A:Simply insert the DVD into a DVD-ROM equiped computer (Mac or PC) and access the DVDBONUS folder.

3. Q: Why won't your DVD play on my laptop (or desktop) computer? A:We have found that some DVD playback software works better than others when playing a DVD on your computer. While there is no "magic" to get the disc to play properly you should be sure that your operating system has the latest patches or upgrades, and the DVD software is the latest version offered by the manufacturer. On the Windows side there are also many reasonably priced DVD players available for download from the internet. We tried a program called "DirectDVD" from www.orionstudios.com and were impressed with its compatibility and features. This is given as one example as there are many other choices available.
